Rapid Response

Our Rapid Response service includes:
Rapid Response On-Site Support - Our Rapid Response On-Site Support serice is available to all our business customers as part of our basic business support contract. In the event of an emergency, a highly trained, qualified technician can, in most cases, be dispatched to your location within one hour.
Computer systems needing to be brought back to our shop for repairs are usually returned to your location within 24 hours.

Rapid Response Remote Support - This service is available to our business and home customers. Please call us at 301-722-0885 for pricing. Business customers can also choose support packages that include Rapid Response remote support.

On-Site Support

This support option allows you to schedule, at your convenience, a visit from a support technician to your location.
