In-Shop Service and Repair: Our highly trained technicians will diagnose the problem and prepare a detailed recommendation to resolve the issues you’re facing. They will then call you, explain in detail what needs to be done, and give you an estimate on the cost for repair. You can then decide if you want to proceed with the repairs. Most diagnostics are done within 48 hours, and repairs can be completed in as little as 72 hours after the work has been approved. Most customers have their computers back in less than five days! We need only the tower part of your computer. We have plenty of power cords, keyboards, mice, and monitors to go around. You can drop off or pick up your PC during regular business hours or by appointment. If you work the same hours we do, please call ahead and we will make sure someone is available to serve you. A $29 diagnostic / bench fee is due when you drop off your computer, and is then applied to any labor we perform. For many hardware related issues, this fee can cover 100% of the labor costs. We also offer professional cleaning services to ensure you get the most out of your computer investment.
On-Site Service and Repair: On-site service is often the best solution since it minimizes down time. On-site service can be scheduled by calling our office at 301-722-0885, and is available Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM. Emergency repairs are handled by our Rapid Response Team and, in many instances, a Rapid Response Team member can be at your location in under one hour. Our Rapid Response Team members are highly trained and can resolve most hardware, software and network issues in a timely, professional manner to have you back up and running in the shortest amount of time possible.
